First Time Buyers
Buying a house is one of the most important purchases, you will make, and buying a home for the first time will be an even more daunting prospect. Add to this the vast array of mortgage products available from a wide range of sources and you are left with a high-stress, confusing decision
Where do you go to get your first mortgage?
Broadly speaking there are three choices:
Banks and Building Societies, which generally just sell their own brand and will recommend a mortgage product from their own range
An estate agent, whose in-house adviser frequently is restricted to a limited range of products or who may be controlled by a larger financial institution
A mortgage broker, some of who are tied to a network and offer a cross-section of mortgage products from a variety of lenders; others are “whole of market”.
We chose to be “whole of market” to ensure our clients receive enough information about the product to meet there demands & needs for them to make their own choice on how to proceed.
Our aim to please
We know how tough it is for first time buyers to find a competitive mortgage. We have all been there. Being a first time buyer is stressful and bewildering and can often lead to sleepless nights. We aim to make the exercise as easy as possible and specialize in introducing clients to lenders for them to compare the best deals to suit their particular circumstances.
We also pride ourselves on offering clients information and support on the house buying process right through to completion.
We can also provide specialist information on shared ownership mortgages, key worker mortgages, shared equity mortgages and similar initiatives all of which have been designed with first time buyers in mind. |
