Homesale Scheme
Sometimes a home owner urgently needs to sell their property and they are forced to reduce the sale price far below its true value in order to achieve this. In addition, the government has introduced the requirement for a costly Home Information Pack on every property offered for sale; this can often stretch the already limited budget of a seller, leading to increased stress for them to obtain a quick sale.
We will purchase a property for up to 90% of its open market valuation. We do not require a Home Information Pack nor do we need anything more than a local estate agents valuation and/or surveyor’s inspection of the property. Properties must, however, be valued at £100,000 or above and secured debts must be for no more than 70% of valuation.
This facility will place the seller in a position of having immediate funds from their property plus the valuable saving of lost time; enabling their move to go to plan.
